Partnership: WNBA Product + Deloitte Digital

Role: Product Strategy, UX Writing, Development & Deployment Oversight (10-person team)

Scenario: The WNBA experienced a surge in popularity in 2024, but the app experience was not equipped to meet rising fan expectations. Deloitte Digital was brought in during the off season to rapidly ship new app features ahead of the upcoming season.

Goals: Increase League Pass subscriptions, improve in-app streaming capabilities, enable personalization, increase app store rating
